AI delivery

AI Act conformity

AI Act conformity is the service almost no competitor offers as its own line. German enterprises are deploying AI systems and finding that the obligations do not sit only with the vendor. We support classification, documentation and evidencing human oversight, from a firm ranked fifth of fifty worldwide in AI outsourcing.

What this service covers

  • A readiness assessment inventorying the AI systems in use, with a classification whose reasoning survives scrutiny.
  • Support with technical documentation, data governance records and logging.
  • Human oversight design mapped to the real workflow rather than to a template.
  • Clarifying the split of provider and deployer obligations in vendor contracts.

Where and how delivery happens

We deliver this service from our German-language hubs in Poland, Türkiye, Egypt and Uzbekistan at CEFR levels B1 to C2. Poland sits inside the European Economic Area, so no third-country transfer arises. Türkiye, Egypt and Uzbekistan are third countries, each secured through the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a transfer impact assessment and documented supplementary measures. Exactly where delivery happens is agreed with you per engagement and set out in the open.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal advice?
No. We provide general information and practical support with classification and documentation. The legal assessment stays with you and your advisers. Our content is reviewed by counsel before publication.
Am I a provider or a deployer?
This is often not the classification buyers expect. An organisation that commissions a system, puts its own name on it and deploys it in its own operation may hold provider obligations rather than the lighter deployer set. That is exactly what we work through with you.
Can deployer obligations be handed to the vendor?
No. Obligations such as assigning human oversight to competent people, monitoring operation and retaining logs cannot be discharged for you by a vendor.
How does this relate to data annotation?
If you also need the system built or operated, we work alongside our AI delivery practice, so implementation and governance come from one place.
Where do you start?
With a readiness assessment: an inventory of the systems in use, classification with reasoning, and the gap between current practice and the requirements. Book a call.
Is there a tool for a first classification?
Yes. Our AI Act classification aid helps you determine in outline whether you are likely a provider or a deployer and what obligations follow. It does not replace a legal assessment.
