Every German buyer asks this in the first ten minutes. Most providers answer evasively. We answer it here, in public, before you have to ask.
German procurement rewards precision and punishes vagueness harder than any other market. A provider that answers the question of where work is performed with European centres or a global network is read as evasive, and everything else on its site loses credibility with it.
So we set it out. For each language and service we state which country the work is performed in, whether that location sits inside the European Economic Area, and where it is a third country, which transfer mechanism applies and what documentation obligations follow for you. This is not a risk. It is the strongest evidence of reliability we can offer.

We deliver German-language services from four hubs. Poland sits inside the European Economic Area, so no third-country transfer arises. Türkiye, Egypt and Uzbekistan are third countries, each secured through the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a transfer impact assessment and documented supplementary measures. All four hubs operate at CEFR levels B1 to C2.

Why the difference between the EEA and a third country matters
Within the European Economic Area the General Data Protection Regulation applies directly. A transfer of personal data triggers no separate legal basis, and your documentation needs no transfer mechanism for that portion. That is the position for delivery from Poland.
For delivery from a third country the transfer must be secured. We use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, carry out a transfer impact assessment that reviews the legal position and access risk in the recipient country, and apply supplementary measures: encryption, access restriction, data minimisation and a defined exclusion of especially sensitive data categories. Your processing records and privacy notices are updated accordingly before go-live.
A German buyer who reads a precise account of a third-country transfer trusts the provider more, not less. And the few for whom a third-country transfer is a blocker were never going to sign. So we do not soften the account.
