About the role
Bielsko-Biała has maintained close industrial ties to Germany and Austria for decades, and German capability here is structural. You handle customer contact in German for DACH clients, three days on site and two remote after induction. This role is based in Poland, not in Germany.
What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound contact in German across voice, email and chat.
- Write clear, correct German correspondence in a formal register.
- Escalate accurately, record fully and process data under the GDPR.
What you bring
- German at C1 or above in speech and writing, Polish at C1, English at B2.
- Patience, clarity and comfort with digital systems.
- Legal right to work in Poland.
